Philip McCabe

I’m a lifelong motorcyclist and systems thinker.

For more than two decades I’ve worked inside complex imaging and production environments — helping teams align tools, workflows, and people so demanding operations perform reliably under pressure.

My work focuses on identifying the constraints that limit performance and translating practical solutions organizations can adopt.

Sometimes this work looks like enterprise systems architecture.

Sometimes it looks like production consulting or workflow design.

Alongside that work I make paintings, design objects, and produce photography. These projects aren’t separate from the thinking — they explore the same underlying ideas of pattern, constraint, and structure in visual form.

The disciplines vary.

The thinking is the same.

If you like what I make — or if your systems need tightening — I’m always open to a thoughtful conversation.

P.S. Yes — that was a real bear. Black Mountain, Kentucky. He was investigating the snack supply chain.

I hope you have a great day,

Philip
